Job summary

QXO is seeking a Marketing Manager, Customer Growth & Field Engagement to strengthen relationships with Spanish-speaking contractors and community partners across priority markets. You will serve as an external ambassador for QXO and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR to translate field insights into growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-English required for customer engagement in priority markets.
• Minimum 7+ years in field marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.
• Strong public speaking and training delivery skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Represent QXO at customer and community events in the field.
• Develop scalable field engagement playbooks and tools.
• Plan and execute customer events, trainings, and market activations.
• Coach sales and branch teams on Spanish-speaking customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Communications on messaging for Spanish materials.
