Job summary

ArborMetrics Solutions, LLC is seeking a Work Planner/Consulting Forester to join our vegetation management team. The role emphasizes safety, field operations, and strong stakeholder communication in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities include driving to sites, surveying ROW vegetation, recording data, and supporting emergency response when needed. Experience with GIS and Microsoft tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working alone outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety hazards and incidents.
• Drive safely to work sites and hike up to 10 miles per day.
• Inspect vegetation work and document findings.
• Record vegetation data using tablets and specialized software.
• Communicate with leadership, auditors, clients, contractors, landowners, and the public.
• Participate in storm and emergency response duties as needed.
