ArborMetrics Solutions, LLC is seeking a proactive Work Planner to join our outdoors-focused vegetation management team. The role emphasizes field data collection, safety, and independent field work while engaging with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tree species identification and hazard tree assessment.
• 30+ college credits or 2-3 years of UVM experience.
• Ability to hike/walk Right-of-Ways and drive long periods.
• Knowledge of Utility Vegetation Management practices.
• Experience with GIS software/technology and Microsoft Office/iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive to work sites and hike rights-of-way (up to 10 miles/day).
• Inspect and document vegetation work at customer properties.
• Record vegetation data using tablets and specialized software; use forestry computer systems for data entry and tracking.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain professional public relations.
• Participate in storm and emergency response duties as needed.
