Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts in Cleveland, TX is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews and resources to complete vegetation management work in line with contract specifications. CDL is mandatory, and safety practices must be enforced on every job.

You will lead daily tasks, manage equipment, and ensure timely, compliant completion while maintaining records and coordinating with property owners as needed.

Qualifications

• Active CDL required.
• Prior experience in utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred.
• Must be able to follow directives and delegate effectively.
• Must understand drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Must be able to travel for storm restoration work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete jobs as per contract specifications.
• Direct and manage daily work, assign tasks, and supervise performance.
• Ensure PPE and safety practices are followed on site.
• Inspect work and report completion to customers.
• Maintain time, equipment, and material records.
• Perform daily truck inspections and briefings as required.
