Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field projects nationwide. You will supervise site teams, act as the primary contact for customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on each job.

You will guide field workers in welding, structural erection, and tank construction, while tracking progress, managing changes, and driving on-time delivery. A strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on a construction site.
• Attends work regularly and meets attendance expectations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Clean background checks and valid driver’s license required.
• US work eligibility and compliance with safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and leadership for PTS projects.
• Serve as the point of contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Identify and manage field changes and scope adjustments.
• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safety culture on the jobsite.
• Ensure project work is completed on time and within budget.
• Share craft knowledge across welding, structural erection, tank work, and rigging.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and training teammates.
