Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead on-site construction projects, supervise crews, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across nationwide tank installations. You will liaise with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining project scope and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus the ability to train, recruit, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and leadership on PTS projects.
• Serve as main on-site contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee scope of work and change orders.
• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safety culture.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor crew and coordinate training.
• Assist in recruiting field workers.
• Maintain tooling and equipment.
• Coordinate with PM and HR on upcoming work.
