Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise field construction projects nationwide. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.

Welding and structural experience are a plus. You will oversee field personnel, manage scope changes, and mentor crew members while maintaining project timelines and budgets.

• Ability to solve problems and adapt to field conditions.
• Strong attendance and readiness to work on-site every day.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership for PTS construction projects.
• Be the primary contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards on the jobsite.
• Identify and communicate field changes and scope adjustments to Project Management.
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example on-site.
• Ensure project work stays within contract scope and budget.
• Provide hands-on leadership in welding, structural erection, and tank work.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and maintaining equipment and tooling.
