Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field crews on nationwide tank construction projects. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and reliability, with willingness to learn and adapt to project needs. A high school diploma and legal ability to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and improve processes on site.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Eligible to work in the United States; valid driver’s license.
• Willing to undergo background checks and drug testing.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on PTS construction projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors and subs on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards on site.
• Understand contract scope and manage field changes (change orders).
• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safety culture on site.
• Provide leadership and coaching to crew; manage field labor progress weekly.
