Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to oversee field construction projects across multiple sites in the United States. The role focuses on on-site leadership, safety, quality, and productivity, with accountability for schedule and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, manage field crews, and ensure compliance with project specifications. A strong safety mindset and hands-on welding/erection knowledge are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on-site construction activities.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on projects.
• Understand contract scope and flag field-initiated changes.
• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safety culture on site.
• Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and minimize rework.
• Manage field productivity to complete projects on time and budget.
