Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise field crews on tank construction projects nationwide. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, while upholding safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to lead a team through diverse projects, with a focus on efficient field execution and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead field teams on PTS construction projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity throughout projects.
• Understand contract scope and identify on-site scope changes (change orders).
• Lead safety culture and enforce safety practices on the jobsite.
• Promote quality by preventing rework and ensuring workmanship meets specs.
• Support project management with progress tracking and reporting.
