Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field operations on tank construction projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on site.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and site-based senior leadership of a PTS construction project.
• Act as point of contact with customer, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity.
• Understand contract scope and identify field-initiated changes (change orders).
• Lead safety culture on the jobsite and ensure quality workmanship.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, balancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Share craft knowledge across welding, structural erection, tank repair, and new tank construction.
