Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field construction teams across sites nationwide. You will supervise work, ensure safety, quality, and schedule, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Minimum high school diploma and eligibility to work in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and leadership on PTS projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Identify field changes and manage change orders.
• Support pre-construction planning and project documentation.
