Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field teams on tank construction projects across the country. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Experience in welding and tank-related work is a plus. Qualified candidates will have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and be

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and field leadership on PTS construction projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on the jobsite.
• Understand contract scope and identify field-initiated scope changes (change orders).
• Promote safety culture and lead by example on the jobsite.
• Ensure quality and reduce rework by enforcing standards.
• Improve field productivity and ensure projects meet budget and schedule.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and training teammates.
• Maintain care of tooling and equipment; call off rent when not needed.
• Communicate progress weekly via Field Labor Reports and coordinate with PM/HR.
