HMT is seeking a Field Foreman to lead field teams and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. You will work with the Field Superintendent to manage site activities and coordinate with customers and subcontractors.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory construction experience, welding in all positions (SMAW/FCAW/SAW), and the ability to interpret drawings. Willingness to travel and a valid DOT OQ are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction/industrial environments.
• Ability to weld in all positions with SMAW, FCAW, and SAW.
• Must be DOT OQ qualified and maintain a 3-year clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple crews.
• Ability to interpret field and fabrication drawings.
• Travel willingness and ability to travel long periods.

Aufgaben

• Audit Field Progress Reports for accuracy.
• Operate and train employees on equipment (lull, skid steer, aerial lifts).
• Qualified to operate a 35-ton crane is a plus.
• Coordinate with Field Superintendent on schedules and performance issues.
• Ensure all HMT safety policies and QA/QC procedures are followed.
• Assist in maintenance of HMT-owned equipment.
• Train crew in tank building.
• Assume Field Superintendent duties during vacations.
• Promote a positive working environment.
• Coordinate with customer and subcontractors as needed.
• Identify scope changes with Field Superintendent.
