Job summary

HMT LLC is seeking a Field Foreman responsible for ensuring that jobs in the field are performed efficiently and safely. You will manage site-related activities alongside the Field Superintendent, ensuring compliance with safety policies and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of supervisory experience in construction, welding qualifications, and the ability to manage multiple crews effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction and/or industrial environments.
• Must be able to weld in all positions with SMAW, FCAW, and SAW.
• Must have a 3-year clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and audit field progress reports for accuracy.
• Train employees on typical equipment for large jobs.
• Communicate problems with fieldwork to the Field Superintendent.
