HMT LLC seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee aboveground storage tank project work, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You will direct Field Foremen, coordinate with project managers, and manage resources to keep jobs on schedule and under budget.

Ideal candidates will have robust Foreman experience, a TWIC card, and strong communication skills to liaise with operations, customers, and subcontractors across diverse sites. Travel is 75%+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of field foreman experience in the AST industry.
• Minimum 2 years of foreman experience.
• TWIC Card required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure jobs are executed efficiently, on time and under budget.
• Communicate field issues to Operations and Project Managers and help resolve them.
• Maintain safety policy compliance and conduct field safety inspections.
• Coordinate with Foremen, crew, customers and subcontractors on site activities.
• Assist with site walks and scope development for quotations.
• Translate site measurements into sketches for engineering and scope planning.
• Support QA/QC policies and training of employees.
• Travel 75%+ to various locations across the U.S.
