Job summary

HMT LLC is seeking a Field Foreman to oversee field construction activities for aboveground storage tank projects across multiple sites in the United States. You will work with the Field Superintendent to ensure efficient, safe, and quality execution of jobs, coordinating crew work, equipment use, and scheduling.

The role requires 3+ years in AST and supervisory experience, welding in multiple processes, strong QA/QC discipline, and ability to travel for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Welding in all positions with SMAW, FCAW and SAW.
• Experience supervising field crews on industrial construction sites.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Audit Field Progress Reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Field Superintendent on schedules and performance issues.
• Enforce HMT safety policies and QA/QC procedures on site.
• Assist with maintenance of HMT equipment and identify scope changes.
• Train crew members in tank building and related tasks.
• Travel to various job sites as needed for extended periods.
