Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead on-site tank construction across projects nationwide. You will supervise crews, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery on each project.

Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, and attendance, plus at least a high school diploma; be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and eligible to work in the United States.

• Able to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks, driving record checks, and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership for a PTS construction project.
• Act as point of contact with customer, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on projects.
• Understand contract scope and identify field changes (change orders).
• Provide leadership regarding safety and quality; reduce rework.
• Balance customer satisfaction with project profitability and on-time delivery.
• Lead craft teams with welding, structural erection, and tank work experience.
