Molin Concrete Products Co in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Field Safety Lead with a proven track record in construction supervision. You will enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure all workers are trained in PPE, fall protection, and OSHA standards.

You will coordinate daily work plans with project teams, verify rigging, crane access, and modify schedules to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in construction; precast experience preferred.
• Must be able to read construction drawings and understand docs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities expected.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety on site at all times and maintain Molin Safety Manual.
• Provide clear communication to keep team and subcontractors informed of work and hazards.
• Create and communicate daily action plans including safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate installation details and verify measurements and sequence of work.
• Lead safety audits and site training; mentor field laborers to meet safety standards.
• Document hours and jobsite paperwork; manage daily reports for payroll.
• Operate forklift as required and ensure neat, safe jobsite.
• Welding and grouting as part of general labor duties.
