Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews in our industrial services operations. This hands‑on leadership role requires coordinating schedules, equipment, and serving as the main contact between customers, field teams, and management.

Responsibilities include directing daily field work, promoting safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing job documentation. Willingness to travel and perform hands‑on tasks is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews in industrial settings.
• Ability to communicate with customers and management as the field lead.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling field job documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and safety credentials (HAZWOPER, Confined Space).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field service operations, ensuring safe, efficient work to client specs.
• Coordinate field crews, schedules, and equipment assignments.
• Serve as primary field contact for customers and management.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Inspect sites and equipment, address hazards to prevent incidents.
• Operate equipment per training and safety rules.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to crew members to meet standards.
• Drive company vehicles in compliance with DOT rules.
• Manage project docs and assist with job reconciliation.
• Perform additional duties to support field operations.
