Job summary

The role includes mentoring SubForemen and tradespeople, handling documentation, labor plans, equipment management, and interpreting plans. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Foreman supervision experience, OSHA 30, and a proven track record of managing Self-Perform projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven success managing/leading Self-Perform projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field crews and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications.
• Maintain daily logs, track labor productivity, and report progress to the Superintendent.
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are properly staged and available for work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Mentor and train crew members on proper procedures, safety standards, and construction best practices.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to identify and resolve field issues promptly.
