Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial restoration projects. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager, and ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met on active job sites in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in masonry/restoration, 2+ years leading crews, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in masonry, restoration, or related construction work.
• 2+ years of experience leading field crews or construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial masonry restoration methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Experience managing crew productivity, schedules, and jobsite safety.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside crews of skilled tradespeople and laborers.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Maintain short-term schedules and communicate manpower needs.
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining accountability.
• Submit daily timecards and production reports.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and complete required documentation.
• Ensure restoration work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
• Identify and resolve field issues while communicating with project leadership.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material deliveries, tools, and equipment needs.
• Complete daily reports, jobsite photos, and documentation in Procore.
• Coordinate mockups, inspections, and project requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, general contractors, and other trades.
