Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial restoration projects. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with superintendents and project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery at active job sites.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in masonry/restoration, 2+ years leading crews, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of masonry/restoration or related construction experience.
• 2+ years leading field crews or construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial masonry restoration methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Experience managing crew productivity, schedules, and jobsite safety.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside crews of skilled tradespeople and laborers to deliver restoration projects.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity on active sites.
• Maintain short-term schedules and communicate manpower needs with leadership.
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining accountability and safety.
• Submit daily timecards and production reports to keep projects on track.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and document results and corrective actions.
• Ensure restoration work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to guide work.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Manager on schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor deliveries and equipment needs; complete daily reports and site photos in Procore.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and other trades.
