Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial restoration projects. You will coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects on schedule, ensure safety, quality, and production, and mentor crew members on site.

Applicants should have masonry/restoration expertise, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and Outlook. Travel to active job sites is required with a strong focus on teamwork and hands-on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in masonry, restoration, or related construction work.
• 2+ years of experience leading field crews or construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial masonry restoration methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Experience managing crew productivity, schedules, and jobsite safety.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside crews of skilled tradespeople and laborers.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Maintain short-term schedules and communicate manpower needs.
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining accountability.
• Submit daily timecards and production reports.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and complete required documentation.
• Ensure restoration work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
• Identify and resolve field issues while communicating with project leadership.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material deliveries, tools, and equipment needs.
• Complete daily reports, jobsite photos, and documentation in Procore.
• Coordinate mockups, inspections, and project requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, general contractors, and other trades.
