Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial restoration projects. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production on active sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in masonry/restoration, 2+ years leading teams, and OSHA 30 certification, with Procore and MS Office proficiency.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in masonry/restoration or related construction work.
• 2+ years of experience leading field crews or construction teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and work alongside crews of skilled tradespeople and laborers.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Maintain short-term schedules and communicate manpower needs.
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining accountability.
• Submit daily timecards and production reports.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and complete required documentation.
• Ensure restoration work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
• Identify and resolve field issues while communicating with project leadership.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material deliveries, tools, and equipment needs.
• Complete daily reports, jobsite photos, and documentation in Procore.
• Coordinate mockups, inspections, and project requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, general contractors, and other trades.
