Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple active projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, production, manpower, and developing Foremen and field crews.

The ideal candidate has a strong masonry, concrete, or commercial restoration background and proven ability to lead, solve problems, and keep projects moving.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive field experience in masonry restoration, concrete restoration, or related construction.
• 3+ years of experience leading Foremen or field supervisors.
• Ability to oversee multiple active projects and read construction drawings.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office suite.

Mansioni

• Oversee field operations across multiple restoration and construction projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Foremen and Project Leads.
• Maintain daily communication with Foremen on progress, schedules, and challenges.
• Coordinate manpower planning and resource allocation across sites.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity meet standards and client specs.
