Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial restoration projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and meeting project schedules.

You will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager, coordinate with subcontractors, manage daily reports, and ensure adherence to project specs and company standards. Travel to active job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in masonry, restoration, or related construction work.
• 2+ years of experience leading field crews or construction teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside crews of skilled tradespeople and laborers.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining accountability.
• Submit daily timecards and production reports.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Manager to keep schedules and safety standards.
