Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial restoration projects. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and production, and coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in masonry/restoration, 2+ years leading crews, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of masonry, restoration, or related construction experience.
• 2+ years leading field crews or construction teams.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, specs, and drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HS diploma; trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial restoration projects.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Manager to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety and quality, conduct daily safety meetings.
• Submit daily timecards, production reports, and documentation in Procore.
• Travel to assigned project locations as needed.
