• Knowledge of flooring systems and substrate prep.

• Proficient with email, phone, and basic office software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct product knowledge sessions for stores, distributors, contractors and installers.
• Explain applications, substrate prep, installation methods, limitations and compatibility.
• Review training materials with staff to reinforce understanding.
• Conduct product demonstrations and identify training needs.
• Visit job sites to provide technical guidance on selection and installation.
• Evaluate product performance concerns and site conditions.
• Document findings with photos and site data.
• Refer complex issues to management and communicate recommendations.
• Coordinate visits, trainings, and job-site arrangements with stakeholders.
• Maintain records of visits, training sessions and inquiries.
• Follow safety procedures and driving requirements.
