Job summary

Ewing Automotive Group is seeking a Fleet Service Representative to expand our mobile maintenance offerings. This field-based role focuses on identifying fleet customers, conducting on-site visits, and presenting tailored maintenance programs.

You will travel within the designated service radius, build lasting client relationships, and drive fleet revenue growth while coordinating with service teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• HS diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 2+ years outside B2B sales or account management experience; automotive fleet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect fleet customers in the mobile service area and secure appointments.
• Travel to client sites for on-site visits and presentations.
• Develop customized service solutions based on fleet mix and operating schedule.
• Grow monthly Fleet Service revenue and RO volume through new business development.
• Maintain strong relationships and serve as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate scheduling of mobile maintenance with customers and technicians.
