Maverik is seeking a Fleet Fuel Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial retail fuel business by building strong relationships with fleet customers and delivering tailored fueling solutions. The role is field-based across an assigned territory with significant travel, and provides opportunities to impact sales, customer satisfaction, and market share.

• 5+ years in direct sales, account and/or channel management development.
• Experience with Fuel Card sales and services.
• Experience with contract negotiation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Maverik’s commercial retail fuel marketing plan to grow customer base and retention.
• Identify target companies and initiate contact with key decision-makers within the organization.
• Communicate Maverik’s value proposition and tailor fueling solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal operations to optimize the sales process from first contact to delivery.
• Leverage industry knowledge to support pricing, billing and customer service.
• Monitor customer sales and profitability.
