You will read blueprints, follow manuals, and work with district teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The position involves on-call rotation, physical work including climbing, and potential after-hours

Qualifications

• Experience with Fire/Life Safety systems or related building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and submittals and follow manuals.
• Willingness to climb ladders and work in variable physical conditions.

Responsabilités

• Receive and diagnose service calls for fire alarm systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and program electronic fire alarm panels and related equipment.
• Read diagrams, schematics, and manuals to identify root causes and provide solutions.
• Support on-call rotation and after-hours service commitments when needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with upsell opportunities and prepare quotes matching findings.
