Victra in Durham, NC seeks a Manager, Field Finance & Labor Analytics to deliver financial analysis, labor forecasting, and leadership dashboards for field operations and executives.

You will partner with Field Operations and Workforce Management, model compensation scenarios, and drive process improvements while maintaining accuracy and transparency. This hybrid role offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities within Verizon's premium retail network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced financial-modeling skills and high proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships and communicate analytical findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store labor productivity, including hours-per-smartphone trends and labor efficiency metrics.
• Support weekly labor forecasting and annual labor budgeting.
• Model the financial impact of proposed base-rate, commission, and incentive changes across field roles and present clear recommendations.
• Support field-level financial analysis, including store profitability, EBITDA variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.
• Investigate anomalies in commission payouts, incentive metrics, and field performance data.
