Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in FP&A, payroll analytics, workforce analytics, or related roles.
• Proven ability to create labor reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly Labor Reporting Package for Executive Team, including forecasts and payroll cost analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards and summaries communicating labor performance and risks.
• Lead labor forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling for budgeting.
• Support labor close activities, bonus accruals, and variance analysis with controls.
