Victra, Verizon's premier retailer, seeks a Manager of Field Finance & Labor Analytics in Durham, NC, in a hybrid role to guide labor forecasting and profitability decisions. The position drives leadership-level reporting and dashboards and collaborates across Field Operations and Workforce Management to optimize labor spend.

You will shape financial analysis, performance insights, and process improvements, influencing field and executive leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience.
• Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced financial-modeling skills with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store labor productivity and translate findings into workload and scheduling recommendations.
• Support weekly labor forecasting and annual labor budgeting.
• Model financial impact of base-rate, commission, and incentive changes across field roles and present recommendations.
• Support field-level financial analysis including store profitability and EBITDA variance analysis.
• Investigate anomalies in commission payouts and incentive metrics.
