Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking an outside plant expert to join PRG as a route-based Construction Coordinator. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground for our fiber networks, monitoring tickets, outages, and field issues, ensuring problems are contained before they escalate.

You’ll drive daily, review 811 tickets and maps, coordinate with homeowners and contractors, and log changes in the infrastructure under our SOW, while communicating clearly with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Comfort driving long routes daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned fiber route daily and monitor for risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Provide first-level support to mitigate minor issues and respond to outages.
• Log and report changes in infrastructure along the route.
• Ensure quality and adherence of work performed under the SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, contractors, and homeowners.
