Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to serve as the eyes and ears on fiber networks across assigned routes. You will drive daily, monitor routes, review 811 tickets, maps, and prints to prevent issues before they arise, and report changes in infrastructure or conditions on the SOW.

This outdoors role requires a valid driver's license, an insured personal vehicle, and comfort with long windshield time.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance meeting state requirements (100/300/100).
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to drive daily.
• Able to walk, bend, stand, lift up to 50 lbs in field.
• Strong time-management and communication in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with significant windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for potential risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging.
• Provide first-level issue mitigation and escalate when needed.
• Log changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route.
• Report to the field to verify quality and scope adherence.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
