Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Rogers, Arkansas seeks an Account Manager to be the face of service. This hybrid, field‑oriented role blends client management, operational coordination, and strategic problem solving to ensure client success.

You’ll visit client sites, oversee inspections, manage pricing and logistics, and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors. A CRM background and 3+ years in account management are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in facilities or building maintenance.
• Strong communication skills interacting with clients and contractors.
• CRM experience to document activity and manage client information.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and daily travel in NW Arkansas.
• Eligible to work in the United States and available for after-hours issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
• Oversee ongoing operations, inspections, issue resolution, and service quality.
• Build and maintain long-term client and contractor relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, and coordinate pricing and logistics.
• Collaborate with Account Compliance Managers to ensure after-hours alignment.
• Work with the team to document field activities using the CRM system.
