Job summary

The role includes coordinating with the Facilities Manager, scheduling visits, and leading trainings for managers and crew on facility care. You will perform routine repairs, assist with turnover projects, and provide detailed maintenance recaps to leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of formal or informal training on how to repair and maintain facilities.
• Experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration or appliance repair preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate timely results.
• Strong communication and training skills for staff on facility maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at market level.
• Perform facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants.
• Formulate preventive maintenance schedules for safe, efficient operation of restaurant facilities (cooking equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration).
• Carry out procedures for facilities emergencies or safety threats to employees/customers.
• Train managers, crew, and staff on facility maintenance concepts and repair tasks; assess training needs.
• Ensure staff follow facility maintenance practices and document field activities.
• Provide maintenance visit recaps to Operations Team and Regional Facilities Manager.
