Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities, construction, or related field.
• Two years managing preventive maintenance or six years education/experience mix.
• Ability to supervise mixed workforce and coordinate with Facilities Manager.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Everett FMG area and Southeast Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the operations & maintenance annual plan.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on renovation project scope and execution.
• Inspect facilities for safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance work and manage work orders through asset systems.
• Supervise staff and coordinate contractors and vendors.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for facilities operations and staff performance.
• Support emergency preparedness planning.
