Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to mentor and train others.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Proficient with computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sound systems.
• Repair motors, pumps, cabinets, millwork, drywall, flooring, locks, and hardware.
• Install, maintain, and repair doors, woodwork, flooring, finishes, and exterior features.
• Manage safety compliance and report hazards to Operations Manager.
• Estimate materials and manage inventory and purchases.
• Operate fleet vehicle and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Train and mentor other FM Technicians to keep maintenance in-house.
• Communicate effectively with customers and 3rd party vendors.
• Attend meetings and training to improve technical skills.
