Crescent Energy seeks a Facilities Engineer to support Production Operations in Texas, focusing on maximizing facility and well performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. This field-based role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years of upstream oil & gas experience.

You will design and support capital projects, monitor operations, and ensure cost-effective, compliant facility management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering is required.
• ABET-accredited program is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant upstream oil & gas experience is expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide real-time engineering support to resolve field operation issues at well sites and facilities.
• Lead design and execution of Non-D&C capital projects and support commissioning.
• Manage LOE and AFE processes to keep projects within budget.
• Ensure compliance with HES rules, environmental regulations, and API/OSHA standards.
• Drive process optimization for production facilities and field operations.
