Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support Production Operations by maximizing facility and well performance while ensuring field safety and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on design, optimization, and reliable operation of production facilities, including artificial lift and compression systems, with strict adherence to budgets and HSE standards.

Candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree (ABET-preferred) and have 3+ years in upstream oil and gas or similar

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering, or related engineering field – Required.
Degree from an ABET-accredited program – Preferred.

Responsibilities

Investigate operational challenges and present recommendations for corrective actions.
Lead the design of Non-D&C Capital projects and support construction and commissioning.
Manage installation, operation, optimization, and maintenance of production facility major components including artificial lift systems and compression units.
Monitor and assess current operations workflows and optimize resources for minimal downtime.
Lead MOC processes and incident RCFA investigations with engineered solutions.
Ensure data records (P&IDs, CEs, PHAs, inspections) are accurate.
