Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support Production Operations, focusing on maximizing facility and well performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role involves real-time field engineering, capital project design, and process optimization across production facilities, compressors, and artificial lift systems. Experience in upstream oil and gas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• ABET accreditation is preferred.
• 3+ years of upstream oil and gas experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operational challenges and present corrective action recommendations.
• Lead design of Non-D&C capital projects and support construction and commissioning.
• Maintain facility and well performance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide real-time engineering support at wells, facilities, and compressor stations.
• Drive process optimization for centralized and on-pad facilities.
