Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of upstream oil and gas engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of production optimization, artificial lift, well interventions, and diagnostics.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Production optimization & surveillance for an assigned portfolio of wells; develop scalable surveillance, dashboards, and workflows.
• Diagnose downtime and optimization opportunities; evaluate well performance with reservoir engineering; support forecasting.
• Plan and execute well interventions, artificial lift changes, and production-enhancement activities.
• Prioritize opportunities by production impact, cost, risk, and expected economic return; track LOE and capex.
