Job summary

Gellert Global Group in Florida is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to deliver exceptional service through written and verbal communication. You will input orders accurately, resolve inquiries, and support post-sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Manager of the Post-Sales Customer Excellence Department, the role collaborates with Sales and other departments to update pricing, process returns, and handle dispute resolutions, while maintaining high data

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience in a sales-driven organization or equivalent work experience.
• Strong typing abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn additional software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data from customer purchase orders and calls into the company database.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness; promptly address discrepancies.
• Identify and correct data entry errors in a timely manner.
• Proactively communicate with customers to answer questions and provide support.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Manage customer accounts with low complexity, including EDI and portals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of web/e-commerce orders; training will be provided.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal departments to update pricing and service requests.
• Process customer returns and sample orders as required.
• Perform administrative tasks, including correspondence and filing.
