Job summary

Tactiq is seeking a Field Execution Manager to support retail and vendor partners across the Northeast United States. The role involves documenting vendor execution, attending partner meetings, and guiding planogram compliance through site visits.

Travel will be frequent, with a focus on building trust, sharing insights, and improving distributor coordination. The position requires strong data presentation and relationship management skills to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Must reside in PA, NC, VA, or IL and near a major airport.
• Ability to travel every week within the MidAtlantic United States.
• Ability to travel at a minimum of 95%.
• 2+ years of distribution industry experience.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Retail and/or food/beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a major retail partner to maintain company relations and achieve sales/operational goals.
• Act as liaison between retailer and vendor partners to improve execution and profitability.
• Coordinate and communicate planned events such as promotions, store resets, and launches.
• Interface between Tactiq, retailer, and distributor networks to develop revenue sources and resolve issues.
• Support research and sourcing of new distributors and products.
• Provide category insights using reports, dashboards, and scorecards to the retailer.
• Develop regular analyses and reports on distributor performance, lost sales, and planogram compliance.
• Create schematics using space/product rationalization and manage item setup and promotions.
