Job summary

Tactiq, headquartered in Richmond, VA, seeks a Field Execution Manager to support retailers and vendors across the Northeast U.S. You will document planograms, conduct site visits, and share market insights to improve execution and profitability.

The role requires extensive travel, strong data presentation skills, and a proven background in retail or distribution. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in distribution/retail environments
• Willingness to travel weekly in MidAtlantic US
• Experience presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Maintain retailer relations and assist in category management to meet sales and operational goals
• Liaise between retailer and vendor to improve execution and present insights
• Coordinate promotions, new stores, and store resets with stakeholders
• Interface between Tactiq, retailer, and distributor networks to grow business and resolve issues
• Support sourcing of new distributors and products
• Provide category insights using Tactiq reports and dashboards for retailers
• Develop recurring distributor/performance and planogram reports
• Create schematics and perform space/product rationalization
• Set up new items, maintain lists, and manage promo/TPR setups
