Job summary

Tactiq is seeking a Field Execution Manager to support retailers and vendors across the Northeast United States. You will conduct field visits, document vendor execution, and provide insights to improve space planning and planogram compliance.

Significant travel is required, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, vendor relations, and collaboration across distributor networks. Ideal candidates will have distribution and retail experience, strong MS Office and MicroStrategy skills, and the

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in distribution and 2+ years in retail
• Willingness to travel weekly across the MidAtlantic/Mid-Atlantic region
• Proven ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with major retail partners and support category management.
• Act as liaison between retailer and vendor partners to improve execution and profitability.
• Coordinate promotions, new stores, store resets, and retailer-led initiatives.
• Interface with retailer and distributor network to develop business and resolve issues.
• Support discovery of new distributors and products and provide data-driven insights.
• Develop recurring distributor performance analyses and planogram compliance tracking.
• Create schematics and Space/Product rationalization for item setups and zone alignments.
