Job summary

Tactiq is seeking a Field Execution Manager to support retail and vendor partners across the Northeast United States. The role requires significant travel to document vendor execution, participate in partner meetings, and advise on planogram compliance.

You will analyze market trends, share insights, and build trust with stakeholders while coordinating space planning and store-level activities. Strong Excel and data presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must reside in PA, NC, VA, or IL and near a major airport.
• Ability to travel every week within the MidAtlantic United States.
• 2+ Years of distribution industry experience.
• 2+ Years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relations with a major retail partner and support category management.
• Act as liaison between retailer and vendor partners to improve execution and profitability.
• Coordinate promotions, store resets, and retailer-led initiatives.
• Interface between Tactiq, retailer, and distributor to develop revenue sources and resolve issues.
• Support research/sourcing of new distributors and products.
• Provide category insights using reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/YTD analyses of distributor performance and planogram compliance.
• Create schematics using space/product rationalization and manage item setup and promotions.
